Barry is an experienced business operator. Barry has extensive knowledge in the accommodation and tourism industry. Having operated Caravan Parks with substantial accommodation in Tasmania, Victoria and New South Wales, Barry offers a fresh insight into the accommodation industry from a practical wealth of experience. Having spent the initial part of my working career 22yrs with the Victorian Government, Barry chose a lifestyle change in 2000 and pursued my long-time ambition of operating an accommodation business, firstly in Tasmania.

Four years later after selling the business in Tasmania, Barry moved back to the mainland, then as owner operators of a caravan park in Central Victoria. Five years later I purchased my third business in New South Wales.

Barry holds qualifications in Caravan Park Operations, a trained negotiator and a Licensed Estate Agent in both New South Wales & Victoria. With 10 years’ experience in the Tourism industry and another 14 years in Commercial Real Estate, brings wealth of practical experience. Barry now focuses on servicing a quality portfolio, helping people Buy & Sell businesses. Barry is also member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW).
